Privacy notice

This explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

Who we are

4 All Seasons is a landscape construction business based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We're responsible for the personal information you send us. You can contact us about it at 4aseasons@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address, town or village, the kind of work you're planning, your timing and anything you write in the message. If you email us, we receive your email and anything in it.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. We use it because you've asked us to and it's needed to take your enquiry forward. We never sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our email. If you become a client, your details are kept with our job records.

How long we keep it

If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within two years. If you do, we keep job records for as long as we need them for guarantees, tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
